Reformer Pilates is a dynamic form of Pilates performed on a machine called the Reformer. It uses springs, pulleys, and body weight for resistance to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall core stability.
Not at all! We offer beginner-friendly sessions, and our instructors provide modifications and guidance based on your fitness level.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow freedom of movement. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. We request that you refrain for wearing any clothing with zips or sharp elements as they can damage the equipment.
Just your grip socks, water bottle and a 'can do' attitude. All other equipment is provided.
We encourage people to arrive no more than 10 minutes before their class time.
We have a short change over time between classes to enable attendees to gather themselves and vacate the car park without feeling rushed.
Class slots are typically 60 minutes, you should expect to be moving for anywhere between 45-55 minutes depending on the class to allow some time for warm ups, cool downs and equipment organisation.
We have a wonderful boutique studio with 6 Reformers. This enables the instructors to give safe instruction and a high level of attention to each participant.
We recommend 2–3 sessions per week for best results, but even once a week can lead to noticeable improvements over time.
Yes, but always consult your physician first. Our instructors can modify exercises to accommodate common injuries or limitations - just let us know in advance so we can prepare.
