Natasha “Tash” Staples is a former professional ballet dancer and personal trainer turned certified Reformer Pilates instructor. Known for her warm, encouraging style and subtle sense of humour, she creates intelligently structured classes that help clients build strength, improve posture, and reconnect with their bodies.

Liv Jacob

With over 17 years' experience in the fitness industry, Liv brings a dynamic and deeply informed approach to every class she leads. Her background spans Pilates, Spin, and Weight Training. Having taught across California and Las Vegas, her passion for movement is unmistakable. She is dedicated to helping others feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.​
